Originally from Maine, Nate had received his Bachelors in Kinesiology with a minor in Business Administration and a concentration in Exercise Science from the University of Maine in Orono. He has five years of experience as a personal trainer and three years of experience as a student athletic trainer with D1 and D3 athletes. Nate also was a manager of his college recreation facility and post-graduation, he worked for two years as a personal care aid and a physical therapists tech. In his off time, Nate is also a professional photographer. He has professional goals of becoming a physical therapist and owning his own studio.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University and brings over a decade of experience in personal training, wellness program leadership, and collegiate athletic coaching. A Certified Reboundologist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, Kelsey blends technical skill with intuitive guidance to help clients realign, move better, and live with greater freedom through mindful, personalized support.
Sonny attended Virginia State University and obtained his bachelors degree in business management. He is a United State Marine Corps Veteran and has been working in the fitness industry for over two decades. Sonny has years of experience as a personal trainer, is an F45 fitness coach, an active member of the Tabernacle of Praise Ministry. Sonny looks to encourage, inspire, uplift, and teach people to live a healthier, more purpose filled lifestyle physically mentally and spiritually.
